The 1FS SUPER HARD disc with a diameter of 205mm is designed for the initial polishing stage of a very damaged surface. The disc is made of a very hard, impregnated fabric making it ideal even for poorly prepared surfaces. The 1FS SUPER HARD disc in combination with 1FS SUPER HARD paste will quickly and efficiently level the surface, remove deposits, rust and scratches from 600-grit emery paper and other non-woven abrasives.

The discs have a 14mm diameter hole to fit polishing machines, electric grinders and air-polishers with M14 threads. The discs are ventilated, reducing the risk of overheating the polished surface and allowing longer operation with stronger pressure.
