The 400-grit satin 205mm diameter disc is designed for sanding, satin-finishing, removal of deposits, flash rust and paint. The disc leaves a matte effect and prepares the surface for the main polishing. It is made of 2 layers of flexible nonwoven fabric that conforms in shape to the polished surface. It is ideal for use in hard-to-reach areas such as recesses in rims, corrugated sheets, ribbed and corrugated surfaces, etc. The disc can be used in addition to or as a substitute for sanding with emery paper before polishing, or to finish surfaces with a satin effect.

The discs have a 14mm diameter hole to fit polishing machines, electric grinders and air-polishers with M14 threads. The discs are ventilated, reducing the risk of overheating the polished surface and allowing longer operation with stronger pressure.
