Straper is a comb for combing the buffing wheel out of aluminum residue.  It reduces the formation of scratches left by the buffing wheel. It will remove dirt from your buffing wheel while restoring its original properties. Straper delaminates the layers of the wheel that are stuck together by metal, making it soft and clean. Using Straper to clean your wheel will allow you to use it again without worrying about scratching the polished surface.
